Mr. Sivarajah Thumilan
Group Chairman
Mr. Thumilan is one of Sri Lanka’s most successful businessmen and heads many successful enterprises in very diverse
fields of activity. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka(CA) ,Chartered Institute

In addition to his full time board responsibilities as Group Chairman and other Directorships, he functions as a visiting
lecturer for number of leading professional institutions in Sri Lanka and overseas (UK, Male, Malaysia). He is an
extremely popular, effective and successful lecturer in a number of subjects offered by THREE major professional
accountancy bodies (CA/ACCA/CIMA). He specialized in lecturing for the FINAL LEVEL STUDENTS of all leading Accountancy
Professional student and has a strong passion in teaching and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring
professionals. his wealth of experience in industry, which counts for more than 10 years in multinational and local blue
chip companies in very senior positions, has largely contributed to his success.

General Manager
Mr. Gopith is graduated from University of Moratuwa in the field of Engineering, has extensive experience in the construction, structural element design of multi storey apartment complexes for past 8 years. His experience is primarily focused on the coordination with Architects, Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Project managers to review and monitored the project plan has executed as per the project schedule. He has well equipped with professional, academic qualifications and also well experienced in handling modern construction methodologies and challenges in the construction Industry.
Ms. N. Anna Matuszak
Project Manager
Anna has a wealth of international experience in General Management, Strategic Planning and Sales and Marketing. She
has had a rich exposure of setting up new businesses in diverse territories, managing all aspects of the projects and
bringing together and managing talented professionals.
Anna has developed and delivered workplace learning and e-Learning programmes. He has a keen appreciation of technologies
and the issues involved, and an ability to think about application of technology to real world problems.
A strategic and long term thinker, with a keen eye for opportunities, and a deep understanding of global trends, Anna
has the ability to connect apparently diverse strategic issues in meaningful plans. He is a people person, with strong
business relationships based on principles of mutual respect, ethical conduct and professional integrity. Anna has post
graduate qualifications in Ecommerce and Marketing, is a member of many professional bodies in London.

Ms Guan has experience in project management, market research and financial accountancy gained in both business companies and volunteer organizations in China and India. She has financial education background. Currently she manages supply and relations with Alconn Chinese and Malaysian business partners.

He has exposure to various functions in organizations while specializing in manufacturing, marketing, corporate finance & planning and human resources management.
Mr. Veloo Sishanth
Finance Manager
Sishanth started his professional career as an audit trainee in one of the leading audit firms in Sri Lanka and engaged him self with studying ACCA. He later moved to the commercial sector, working in for pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. He has NGO experience as well, having worked for Sri Lanka Anti Narcotic Association. Commitment and knowleadge has enabled him to obtain his current position at a very young age. Sishanth is an expert in financial management and implementing internal controls. Still, he always emphasizes that an accountant should be able to look beyond numbers.

Having expertise in advertising media and technical knowledge concerning Internet and newest media of communication, he leads the Marketing Department by paths still rarely taken in Sri Lanka. He consults the customers on their sale and purchase decisions, often going far beyond the business frames to find financial solutions to help the customers make their dreams come true. Sivakumar is an PHD holder in the field of Engineering has joined the Blue Ocean Residencies and Alconn Construction as an advisory committee member in 2011 and also he is the Senior lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering of University of Moratuwa .Further he is a member of many international professional intuitions in the field of Engineering. He has well equipped with professional, academic qualifications and also well experienced in handling modern construction methodologies and challenges in the construction Industry.
Mr. P. Kokuleraj
Consultant Architect
P Kokuleraj has many years of experience in the sphere of architecture drawn from a mix of Asian, European countries
and the sub continent of Australia. His experience spance over 20 years during which time he has worked on numerous
projects in Sri Lanka, India, Finland, Sweden and Australia. Working with internationally acclaimed architects he has
gained in depth knowledge and excellent design skills which is current and unique.
In Sri Lanka, Kokuleraj played a key role by utilizing his design skills in the winning entry of “Redevelopment of Fort
the City Centre” which was contested by international architectural companies. In the resent past his work of a “20 bed
group home” was nominated for the 2010 Urban Design Institute Australia award, a highly prestigious award in Australia.
In the area of higher education, Kokuleraj had made a very significant contribution by being a visiting lecturer at the
University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka Institute of Architects and also universities in Finland, Sweden and Australia.
His experience is primarily focused on residential architecture, projects varying from personalized houses to housing
schemes and townships, apartment buildings and urban design projects. His resent residential projects has been around
designing and developing homes in which people with special needs and ageing population could lead a normal life, which
is a growing need in the wider community in most parts of the world.

Mr. Piyankarage is a reknowned chartered architect who holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as well as Fellow Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (AIA SL). He has been engaged in multiple projects, ranging from apartments and office building to factory extensions. His experience comprises from-start-tof inish projects and renovations with refurbishment.

Quantity Surveyor
Mr. Anoshan is an young energetic graduated in Town and Conutry Planning from University of Moratuwa. He also holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Open University Sri Lanka. Despite young age, Anosan has already gained much experience, working with JICA and on non-profit projects as well. As a quantity surveyor, he plans and overlooks the progress of the construction works, ensuring it is finished on time, within budget and in conformity with the highest standards.

Mr. Subaskar is a final year undergraduate in Quantity Surveyor specializing in the field of Building Quantity Surveying from Wolverhampton University, UK. He has under gone many industial trannings in the field of Quantity surveying and gained much experience on BOQ Preparation, Preparation of material and labour schedules and Preparation of Rates (Rate Analysis) and Establishment of Norms. He is a quick learner of new technologies and willing put in extra effort to apply, when the project demands it. He has professional quantity surveying educational background (EDEXL, UK).

Mr. Sivarajah Kannan
Senior IT Conslutant
Mr. Kannan is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society ( MBCS , UK ) and a Professional Member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS, AUS). Mr.Kannan holds a Hons Degree in Management Information System (MIS) from National University of Ireland. He counts over 14 year’s experience in Information Technology, including several years in the U.K. in management positions. Currently, he is working for Hewitt in the UK and responsible for Pension software products. Hewitt is an international organization, over twenty five thousand employees working around the world.
Mr. Kulendra Nimeshanan

Mr Nimesh is an imaginative and young talented IT Engineer & Designer. He graduated in Software Engineering with 1st Class Honors Degree from Staffordshire University, UK. He started his career as a software engineer and worked in many software development and design project for both local and international clients. Then moved into web development management, being responsible for all Blue Ocean Holding companies presence in the virtual world. He also develops projects for other companies with his IT development team.
